I have a MATLAB code for ring resonators, where in the through port and drop port transmission intensities are plotted. If i import this to Optisystem, on which visualizer can i see the output, as there is no visualizer which plots between wavelength and transmission intensity, tried the visulaizers availible with Optisystem, but unable to visualize the outputs.
@ Damian Marek : In the MZI, there is a phase change between the two arms of the interferometer, which is given by (2 * Pi * n)/Lambda, where n is the refractive index of the waveguide and lambda is the wavelength of the incoming signal, so how do we get a relationship between that theoritical phase shift and the delay parameter for the component MZI in Optisystem.
Very Sorry for the delay. I am designing all optical Gray code to binary code conversion using Mach- Zehndr Interferometer. By adjusting the delay between the arms of the MZI i am getting the BER as zero for all bits. For one of the bit i dint get it as zero but was reaching to zero very very small value so i added an EDFA before combining the outputs of the MZI and i got the BER as zero for that bit also.

Regarding the BER pattern , is the shape any matter of concern because in an encoder design for every output bit i get BER as zero but the shape differs.
Also you have mentioned about threshold. so can i know for which parameter is that threshold for?
