    Please go to your Profile page and select Profile Options. You can then click Evaluation Downloads and select which software package(s) you want to download.

    You’ll have to send more details about the problems you are experiencing to support@optiwave.com. We’ll need to know if you’re installing an evaluation or a licensed copy. And please also send a screenshot of the error you are receiving.

    Note: While installing, you’ll need to ensure you have Admin access on your computer.

    Note: Most likely somebody has already activated the most recent OptiSystem evaluation on the computer you are using.

    We have not supported 32-bit for quite some time. The only option you have is to use a computer with a 64-bit OS.

    The evaluation file may be downloaded 3 times, however, all 3 files are exactly the same. This capability is in place in case your downloads get corrupted/interrupted.

    Evaluation licenses last 30-days and then expire. If you’re interested in a quotation, please email info@optiwave.com.
