Optiwave software can be used in different industries and applications, including Fiber Optic Communication, Sensing, Pharma/Bio, Military & Satcom, Test & Measurement, Fundamental Research, Solar Panels, Components / Devices, etc..
OptiOmega is a collection of products specialized for photonic integrated circuit simulation. It automates the design flow for
generating compact models from device level simulations. The software package includes two solvers that can be used via
Python scripting: Vector Finite Difference (VFD) Mode Solver and Finite Difference Time Domain (FDTD) Electromagnetic Solvers.

Dear friends
hope you all will be fine
i want the “S” shaped transfer function(a linearly increasing trend between two straight ends as shown in the attached file) between output and input optical power as i am using gaussian OBPF in my 3R optical regeneration simulation.
The system has two input wavelengths at 1552 and 1548nm with 3.5mW power for both. Both the signals interact in HNLF(acts as non linear optical gate) followed by a Gaussian OBPF of 0.4nm BW and 1552nm frequency.
plz let me know what are the filter parameters/Transfer Function so that i can get a “S” shaped transfer function????
plz help out me in this problem.i will highly obliged all of you
regards
