OFDM modulator measured block

Hi everybody,
I was trying to use OFDM modulator Measured block in my design. I want to know whether what I am guessing is right or not. Does putting 0 in the index(Y) mean zero padding? And putting 1 mean that that the subcarrier can be used for carrying data?

Also if I want to use IFFT size of say 1024, how can I insert 1s and 0s.(I have done it using .txt file but want to know if there is more better way). Please do suggest some Ideas.
