You will need to clarify what you mean by your results being not reasonable. A quick look at your design and I notice that your Gaussian has an incredibly small width, are you certain that is what you need? The OptiFDTD Gaussian source operates under the paraxial approximation which requires that the width be much larger than the source wavelength.
