You can design the FBG component in OptiGrating then load the transmission and reflection spectra to the OptiGrating component in OptiSystem located at Default/Optiwave Software Tools/
the file format should be similar to the attached file (wavelength, real and Imag. of transmission, real and Imag. of reflection). Please refer to the component data sheet for more information.
