I can not figure out what the problem is with the OSC!!
if you can send the .osd file and I will try to help as much as I can.
In the mean time you can try to use a fork after the quadrature demodulator and use one side to the OSC and the other to the Eye visualizer (I know this solution is just to figure out is the visualizers are connected properly or not).
