I just tried to simulate your system. I am not much versed with FSO but when i checked the parameters in the simulation layout i found that your sequence length was 16000 something. Usually i have seen sequence length around 1028 and you were transmitting 2 samples which in my opinion is too low. But you can be right right as i don’t know your requirement.
