Could you please upload your OptiSystem implementation of the PS-QPSK scheme file where Matlab component is to be used along with the related already available Matlab codes if it is possible? Meanwhile I suggest you search in google for formerly started Optiwave forum topics about dispersion compensation using Matlab, even though you may not find what you are exactly looking for.
