Not directly, to simulate the laser you could use the Ideal Single Mode Laser, which would need information about differential gain, transparent carrier density, active layer volume etc.
Or if you have characterized your laser through measurements you can use the Laser Measured component, the usage of which is outlined in the tutorial at:
