You can use the new Lightwave Analyzer to see the effect of phase shift or you could also use the Optical Time Domain Visualizer and look at the phase shift there. You could also use the Clock Recovery component to calculate the delay (phase shift).
The phase shift of the X Coupler depends on the coupling coefficient, but the default works out to a phase shift of PI/2. Look at the component help for more info.
