In general
the optical fiber parameters usually wavelength-dependent, that means at different operating wavelengths (frequencies), losses, dispersion, nonlinearity,….are varying. so if losses are given at this wavelength you do not need it just do the power budget calculations.
otherwise you have to find the values at the other wavelengths!!
